New blog.

So, I'm starting a new blog. Here is the link to it...it's still a work in progress, so yeah.

Well, it's official. I have no motivation today...it was good while it lasted.

I have to memorize the first ten lines of my scene for acting, somehow miraculously remember my scene partner's last name and email him the scene, read about 1/3 of my current book for my online class (and no, I'm not playing catch-up. That's what was assigned), take this online quiz for my orientation class, and keep myself from spending the day either on the internet or watching "Lost."

Sounds like today is going to be a challenge.

UPDATE: I did miraculously remember my scene partner's last name. Go me!

My professor is trying to say that Will Ferrell's best performance was in "The Producers." Has she actually seen another movie that he's been in? Really? I'm seriously doubting her choices in things...

Chug, chug, chuggin' along.

Disney Store, Shibuya (2008), originally uploaded by jpellgen.

So I have officially decided that I am going to apply to the Disney stores. There are three locations around ASU, so hopefully one of those will work out. I'm only thinking positive--I WILL get this job, I WILL work at the Disney store. Honestly, I can't think of a more perfect job for me at this point in my life. Also, a good thing about the Disney store is that it's all over the United States, and all over the world. So when (not if) I move, hopefully I'll always have somewhere to transfer.

In other exciting news, yesterday I signed the lease for the apartment down at ASU. August 16th, I will officially move in to my first apartment! I'm living in a 4-bedroom, 4-bath with three other roommates. I don't know who I'll be living with at this point, but I'll be getting that information towards the end of this semester. I am so excited! Vista del Sol is such an amazing apartment complex, and the people there seem so friendly. Plus, I'll finally be able to meet new people and hopefully make some friends (especially since a certain friend of mine is moving across the country). I can't really express how happy I am for this. I feel like I'm getting my life back into gear--I'm doing well in school, keeping up with things, my family situation is good, my mental health is good, and I'm mentally preparing myself for moving out into this great big world.

Life is good.
